Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are validated and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. You receive a confirmation email once your order is validated, and a second one with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times Estimated delivery: 8 to 20 business days after dispatch. Some items ship from partner warehouses located outside the European Union, which is reflected in these estimates. In all cases, and in accordance with Article L216-1 of the Code de la consommation, delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days from your order. You will receive tracking where available.

Delays and non-delivery If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the agreed date, contact naduva.shop@outlook.com. EU consumers may cancel and obtain a full refund under Art. L216-6 of the Code de la consommation.
