Data we collect Identity and contact details (name, email, phone), delivery and billing addresses, order history, and technical/browsing data (via cookies — see our Cookie Policy). Payment card data is handled directly by our payment processors and is not stored by us.

Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

• Processing and delivering orders — performance of the contract.
• Customer service and after-sales — performance of the contract / our legitimate interest.
• Legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
• Marketing emails (if you opt in) — your consent.
• Site analytics and improvement — legitimate interest / consent for non-essential cookies.

Recipients Data is shared only with parties needed to fulfil your order: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, and shipping/fulfilment partners. Because some products ship from suppliers outside the EU, your delivery details may be transferred to those partners solely to fulfil the order, with appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

Retention Order data is kept for the period required by French commercial and tax law (generally up to 10 years for accounting records). Marketing consent data is kept until you withdraw consent.
